Oliver's Hgb is 6.7 today so he needs a blood transfusion this afternoon.
He is surprisingly feeling fine though, other than the pale skin. He was even 'running' around in his diaper before bed last night having fun.
His ANC is 880 (of a total WBC of 1.1).. so it is going downward.
Other than this today, he has 4 treatments via IV we give at home on Tues/Wed/Thurs/Fri and this oral daily drug for another week. We expect his ANC to be down by the end of the week if not by next week so we need to really be careful so we don't end up in the hospital again.
Once these recover after this treatment, he will start interim maintenance II (just like the one in July/August where he has 5 treatments 10 days apart all count dependent and staring off with a spinal again.
