Olivers ANC went down again to 540 (total White Blood Count stayed at 2.0, same as Monday's number)... almost to the level of being immune compromised or as they call it, neutropenic (below 500). We hope that its just a delay in result from this one medication he was on for 4 weeks that can lower counts. All his other counts seemed to have gone a smidgen up from Monday's check. He is no longer on this medication so we should see some recovery shortly.
With that said, no visitors or going anywhere until we check his blood again. Not sure if they will check tomorrow just to make sure its still not going down, otherwise they will check on Monday for another possible Tuesday start. :/
