Count check - and we are down.

Olivers ANC is only at 420 today (60% of a WBC of 0.7)
His RBC is at 3.38
HBG at 10.1
but still excellent platelets at 227K

He is officially of his oral chemo meds as of today. We will find out when we check next (Tuesday or Wednesday I presume) after speaking to the clinic on Monday.

This is the last week of his treatment in total, so either this is it if his counts don't get to 750 or above for his ANC by Saturday the 6th, or they do just before and he only gets another day or so of any meds.

He seems to be fine, still has this occasional cough and snot (seems lesser than a few days ago). Energy level is fine, and his appetite is high. Of course if he gets a fever while in this state, they will admit him so we hope to steer clear of that being so close to the end.

Eventually surgery will call to schedule his broviac removal for the end of July (only if his counts have fully recovered by then, but we'll get on the schedule).

Look for an update midweek. Until then.. stay cool! (its been really warm around these parts!)
