Oliver's ANC is at 3034 today of a WBC at 3.7 (83%).
RBC at 4.16 (normal)
HGB at 12.8 (normal)
Platelets at 194K (normal)
Hopefully the increase in % of ANC and the higher WBC is just recovery from the time of no meds, and not a sign of him fighting something (well, if he is fighting something.. thats just want we want his body to do, fight it).
He has developed a slight runny nose this weekend but hopefully that is it. They may increase his dose of meds today, however.
He's been dry in underpants now completely accident free for over a week now. Saturday I took him to Target to pick out a new toy. He played down every isle it seemed and sometimes thats all that happens and he doesn't really want to take anything home, but once we hit the lego isle.. he found these legos in handy carrying cases.. grabbed a blue and pink one.. put them in the cart and said he was ready to go!
He also picked out some new underpants.
Tomorrow the Down Syndrome Connection of the Bay Area is doing an ability awareness presentation when we get to school for his general ed. K class. We are looking forward to it!
