Count check and more

First - Happy Birthday to Dan!
Poor guy gets to take the day off of work to take care of all us sicklies at home.
Everyone is sick right now but him!

Onto Olivers counts first.
His WBC shot up to 6.7 with an ANC of 5360 (80%) which is above expected for someone taking chemo drugs. He is clearly fighting this thing with this huge increase from Monday. All his red counts are within normal range.

They did increase his meds on Monday into the 60% range.

Dan was sick at first then me, but he seemed to fight it off quickly while mine morphed into something new each day. Starting with a head/sinus thing.. moving into my throat and now my chest. Its been over a week now. Miles then picked up the cough/nose earlier this week.  We kept wondering about Oliver then with all the sickness and we thought maybe we escaped it until last night. He started coughing a lot over night and getting upset about it. We went in to comfort him and he felt warm to us. He was reading 101.1  - He went back to sleep and later Miles woke up and slept in our bed as he has been this past week. He seemed to do better this night and slept in until 8am. This morning Oliver was reading around 99/100. We kept him home from school (they are on break next week).  I have a horrible cough myself and was up most the night (as I have been this past week as well).  Miles seems to be a bit better this morning after all the yellow/green noodles came out his nose.   Gross huh?  Both boys seem to be feeling ok to play and be silly and what not.

We were supposed to fly to Phoenix tomorrow to visit my mom and sister so that's been nixed for now.

We will re-check counts again on Monday morning.  Sometimes after he has this spike in counts due to fighting something or using them up after an illness, he dives in his counts.
