Olivers ANC is low today at 300 with his total WBC the same as last of 1.2
His reds are still all fine just below normal, but his platelets are normal and higher than last time.
We will check his counts on Sunday again to see if he will make treatment. He has to be above 500 to receive the treatment. If he is above that but below 750, they will not give increase the dose of the 2nd drug via IV.
He had a visit from his teacher today and it was a great session. He was excited when she got here. Aunt Molly also dropped in earlier this morning to say hello, he was very happy to see her as well and had a great time painting with her.
Nothing much else to report, we are just anxious to get this round over with and start the new year off in full maintenance. This kid is ready to go back to school with his classmates!
