Oliver had his Oncology check up yesterday afternoon.
Numbers are as follows on his lab draw, which he almost again did on his own. He goes to sit in the chair and pulls the arm down and says he is going to do it by himself, but then when the blue tourniquet comes out, he tries to leave then we have to do a hug hold.
White Blood Count: 6.5 with an ANC of 3900
Red Blood Count: 4.4
HGB: 13.1
Platelets 192K
All excellent numbers!
I think he grew a little more as well.
Baba (my mom) and Aunt Lepa have been here for the past 3 weeks from Phoenix a visit. They are leaving today however :(
The kids have been having fun with them around, and its been nice being able to leave to do stuff, take Miles to the park while Grant naps, or just go solo for school pick up/drop off with Oliver. I will certainly miss that help, especially when it rains!
Aunt Rada, Uncle Doug, and cousins Lukas and Juliana also came for a short visit from Houston during the month as well. The boys love love love their cousins and hope to see them soon again as it was just too short of a trip!
Nothing else to report at this time. We have 4 more check ups till we move onto every other month rather than monthly!
