So close!

Olivers WBC went down to 1.8 from 2.3 but his ANC went up to 486 (27%) so we are almost there.
It was rather disappointing to see that number however.

His RBC is at 4.27
HGB at 12.9
and platelets at 170K

So still can't go to school! :(
He does see his Oncologist this afternoon as well.  Hopefully he can go back to school by Thursday.

This is the longest he has been in this state during his maintenance phase of chemo. It's quite frustrating as he can't be around other people, indoor places (other than our house really, or people close to us that aren't at risk of exposing him to anything), we can play outdoors in our own space or just go for a walk as he can't share space with other people (like going to the park). At least this number is finally growing though, and just under 500. Just got to get over 500! Of course they won't start him back on any meds until that number is above 750.  He won't be happy that he has to wear a mask at the doctors office but its a requirement when he has to be somewhere like that in doors.

Poor kid is missing on school and all his friends. He keeps asking for someone daily and we have to just say sorry, we can't play with them right now.

On a plus note, the last 3 days he has kept himself dry during wake hours. He has yet to initiate wanting to go to the bathroom during this time, but we have been keeping up on him going. He seems to be holding things longer as well so that may be a good sign of control. I haven't yet decided to ride it out to see if he just gives up or decides he needs to go if a long period of time goes by. I guess we'll see. Any steps forward is great though, because we always sneak back a bit after each one.

Update Wednesday or Thursday this week when we do labs again.
