Count check

Oliver's ANC today is at 1536 (64% of his 2.4 WBC)
RBC at 4.21 (normal range)
HGB at 12.5 (normal range)
And normal platelets at 183K

They restarted his meds on Thursday. They are only at 1/2 the dose he was left off at, making it about 37% of full dose at this time. We'll monitor his counts for a couple weeks before they decide to raise the dose a bit, and so on.

He's been fine otherwise. Happy to be back at school. We have reached a new level in potty training. He is starting to initiate going. He still won't go at school, and we still have accidents at home but just the fact he's starting to understand what he is feeling before he has to go, which brings him to the bathroom on his own, is a huge huge step up.

In other news....   We are pregnant again. Only 9 weeks, but I did get to see the baby the other day and see and hear its heart beat. Next viewing is on Nov 30th as we are having the CVS test done to check for chromosomal anomalies. Given that Oliver is Trisomy 21, and the pregnancy that did not make it in-between Oliver and Miles was Trisomy 8, we'd like to know if we have a problem in that area.

We'll be checking labs again on Tuesday next week. Have a great weekend!
