Looks like everything is going back up, just not high enough to start this next round tomorrow. Most likely on Thursday though.
His ANC is 576 (has to be at 750) with a total WBC of 1.6
Hgb is up to 8.4
and Platelets are just back in normal range at 146K
He's been very active at home. Running around the house, doing lots of drawing and water painting, and pretend cooking in his kitchen.
He just made me laugh as the Backyardagains songs are playing in the background, and in the previews for this show, they talk about special guest Cindy Lauper on a song. That song is on right now and he just told me "Cindy Lauper"..
His eyelashes have started to grow back even more now so he has this short set growing right now. I can feel some hair on his head starting to come in as well, but given he will still have these 5 treatments about 10 days apart, that may fall out again. Once this round is over though, his hair should start to grow back more as the maintenance period has the treatments pretty far apart. We've gotten so used to him with no hair that it will be a little strange to see him with a full head again eventually. He will be thrilled as well since he plays with it to self sooth when sleeping.
We'll check his labs again on Wednesday for Thursdays possible start. I'll update later this week.
