Oliver's ANC is at 1846 today (71% of a WBC at 2.6).

So again, the slow downward on the whites, etc. The reds are receiving though, no longer a threat of a blood transfusion at this time.
They increased his dosage from 50% to 63.7% for his oral meds. He did see his Oncologist today and all is well. He still has a snotty nose, but it seems to be going away if I had to guess. Miles seems ok on that front as well, however I have that annoying need to make a giant hack cough from time to time that started yesterday.
We had Olivers IEP (individual education plan) last week at school. He will be moving onto 1st grade. He made about 1/2 his goals it seemed, and is just progressing the others so they were re-written for next year. He will attend summer session for speech and OT only twice a week during the 4 week period, although we expect him to become compromised that he may not be able to attend most of it or the last of it. He has his last treatment on June 17th, just after regular school ends and then summer session begins the week after.
The boys are having fun living with Nana and Jichan so far. They sleep in twin beds pushed next to each other which has helped Miles with his sleep issues and has been keeping him out of our bedroom that we are staying in. We'll have to get them a similar set up once we move back in I think.
We hope actual work to be started on our house in the next 2 weeks as we just re-submitted for permits after they came back with a laundry list of details they need/want.
The 3rd child is doing fine as well. He's scheduled to make his appearance on June 12th if he doesn't come before then otherwise. Braxton Hicks has started 2 weeks ago, sometimes lasting all day (twice so far). My hips, knees, ankles, back.. you name it, are taking a beating on wear and tear right now. At least we are so very close now.
