Right on the line

Oliver's ANC is at 504 today (42% of a WBC of 1.2)
RBC at 3.89
HGB at 12.1
and Platelets at 232K

Although he is 4 points over 500 we are still going to keep him home one more day to let that bump up some more in the next 24 hours and send him to school tomorrow. This works out ok so we can see how he does with the potty training the one day and then we have a 3 day weekend with no school on Monday for holiday.  He has kept up since Monday on initiating himself while wearing his underwear during the day.  Its been great. We realize there could be some regression out of the home, but we are committed at this point, there is no going back. We will have accidents and that goes along with potty training regardless but I tell you, its been so nice to see him get it finally. I even saw him not want to go when he clearly had to, occasionally grabbing himself in that area.. until finally he used both hands to grab then walked to the bathroom. I could tell he needs to go now.. he made a pause at the bathroom door, so I just set it up in there and told him he could go by himself and he just went.  He got himself pulled down and since he prefers to sit, its hard to get up on the step stool with your pants around your ankles so he asked for help.  :)

He will still be off his meds as he has to be at 750 or higher to start those back up at a reduced rate.
We will check again on Monday if the labs are open, otherwise on Tuesday.

Have a great weekend!
